Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026 · Last updated: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tapping in Faith, accessible at tappinginfaith.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Section 1What Tapping in Faith Is

Tapping in Faith is a guided audio application offering Christian-integrated EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping sessions, daily reflections, and related content. It is a wellness tool, not a medical or mental health service.

Section 2Not a Medical or Mental Health Service

Tapping in Faith is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe trauma, or any medical condition, please contact a licensed professional.

If you are in immediate distress

Contact the 988Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741).

By using Tapping in Faith, you acknowledge that you are using it as a wellness supplement, not as a replacement for professional care.

Section 3Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Section 4Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Section 5Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • attempt to access any part of the app or its infrastructure beyond what is intended for users
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any content or code from the app
  • use the app to harm, harass, or exploit others
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Section 6Content and Intellectual Property

All content in Tapping in Faith — including audio sessions, scripts, images, text, and the Daily Word — is owned by or licensed to tappinginfaith.com for use within the app. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content without our written permission.

Your account data (name, email, session history, favorites) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal information.

Section 7Subscriptions and Billing

Tapping in Faith offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription.

Free tier. A selection of tapping sessions, the complete Daily Word devotional, and the Learn Center are available at no cost, for as long as you keep your account.

Premium subscription. Full access to the entire session library and all guided Journeys requires a paid subscription. We currently offer two plans:

  • Monthly — $12.99 per month
  • Annual — $69.99 per year

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change our prices in the future; any change will apply to your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice.

14-day free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically. When your free trial ends, and at the end of every billing period after that, your subscription renews for another period — every month for the Monthly plan, or every year for the Annual plan — and your payment method is charged automatically at the then-current price. This continues until you cancel. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal, so please cancel before a period ends if you do not wish to be charged for the next one.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number or other complete payment details — Stripe handles those directly under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account settings, which opens our secure billing portal (provided by Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep premium access until then, and you will not be charged again. Canceling does not delete your account; your access simply reverts to the free tier. From the same billing portal you can also update the payment card on file.

Refunds and our money-back guarantee. We stand behind the app with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will issue a full refund. Outside of this guarantee, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Because the trial is free, no charge occurs during it — simply cancel before it ends if you decide not to continue.

What happens to your access when a subscription ends. Whether you cancel or a payment cannot be completed, your account reverts to the free tier. Your account, history, and favorites are preserved; the premium sessions and Journeys are simply locked until you subscribe again.

Section 8Disclaimer of Warranties

Tapping in Faith is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any content. EFT is a wellness practice with substantial research support, but individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Section 9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tappinginfaith.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on content in the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Section 10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Section 11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or in-app notice.
