These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tapping in Faith, accessible at tappinginfaith.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Tapping in Faith is a guided audio application offering Christian-integrated EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping sessions, daily reflections, and related content. It is a wellness tool, not a medical or mental health service.
Tapping in Faith is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe trauma, or any medical condition, please contact a licensed professional.

By using Tapping in Faith, you acknowledge that you are using it as a wellness supplement, not as a replacement for professional care.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content in Tapping in Faith — including audio sessions, scripts, images, text, and the Daily Word — is owned by or licensed to tappinginfaith.com for use within the app. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content without our written permission.
Your account data (name, email, session history, favorites) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal information.
Certain sessions and features are available at no cost. Full library access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to adjust what is included in each tier with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
Tapping in Faith is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any content. EFT is a wellness practice with substantial research support, but individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tappinginfaith.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on content in the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or in-app notice.
